As each step brings them closer to ruin, he can only wonder if fire will be his undoing, too.

A new manuscript, still taking shape. This literary fiction work will investigate how the deep need to belong can cut so sharply against a world on the brink. Inspired by real-world cultures, this work builds a sumptuous world inside of which a trio of imperfect souls seek freedom, justice, and a place to call home.
